Restrictions on Use

​Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services/products solely for lawful purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to modification, reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works based on our services/products or intellectual property, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from HoneyLife. Users shall not use our services/products for any illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to violating intellectual property rights, distributing malicious software, or engaging in fraudulent behavior.

Restriction of Liability

​To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoneyLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our services/products. Our liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product/service in question. HoneyLife shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of user data or accounts.

Submissions

​Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions provided by users regarding our services/products shall be deemed non-confidential and shall become the sole property of HoneyLife. By making such submissions, users grant HoneyLife an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and incorporate such submissions into our services/products without any obligation to provide compensation or acknowledgment to the user.

Jurisdiction

​These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of our services/products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, and users consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Disclaimer

​Our services/products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. HoneyLife expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services/products will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and users acknowledge that their use of our services/products is at their own risk.

Termination

​HoneyLife reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services/products immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, users must cease all use of our services/products and destroy all copies of our materials in their possession. Termination of access shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the termination date.

Miscellaneous

​These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between HoneyLife and the user concerning the use of our  services/products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term or condition by HoneyLife shall be deemed a waiver of any other term or condition or of any subsequent breach.

Trademark Information

​All trademarks, service marks, and trade names associated with our services/products are the property of HoneyLife or their respective owners. Users are granted no rights to use HoneyLife’s trademarks or service marks without prior written consent from HoneyLife. Unauthorized use of any trademarks or intellectual property of HoneyLife is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Payment Terms

​All prices for our services/products are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment for services/products must be made in full before delivery or access, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include online banking, credit/debit cards, and the official website wallet.

Delivery and Shipping

​HoneyLife endeavors to deliver products/services within the estimated time frame; however, delivery times are subject to change and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as weight and destination, and are the responsibility of the customer. HoneyLife shall not be liable for any delays or damages occurring during shipping.
